be responsible for handling sales and calls to leads generated from our website, assisting clients
who have expressed a desire to travel with Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd. This role is crucial in
converting leads into satisfied customers by providing excellent travel advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to leads generated from the company
website.
- Provide comprehensive information about travel packages, destinations, and
services offered by Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs and
preferences.
- Customize travel packages to meet the specific requirements of each client.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the
benefits of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM
software.
- Follow up with leads to provide additional information and answer any
questions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and travel
regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the
travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Bachelor Degree in any stream (Preferred: tourism)
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, especially the Andaman Islands.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
